  • In Washington State you will need a marriage license from any county in Washington. For Spokane County, you can find all the information here.

    There is a 3 day waiting period after you have received your license and you have 63 days to get married.

  • In Idaho you will need a marriage license from any county in Idaho. For Kootenai County, you can find all the information here.

    There is no waiting period after you have received your license and the wedding license does not expire.

    You must be married somewhere in Idaho, but you do not need to be a resident of Idaho.

  • In Washington State you will need two witnesses age 18 or older. They will need to witness the ceremony and sign the license in the presence of the officiant.

    In Idaho, there is no requirement for witnesses. Although there is a place for witnesses to sign on the Idaho license, it is not require.

  • All ceremonies start at $175.

    This includes a consultation and personalized ceremony.

    Rehearsals and ceremony coordination available for an additional fee. Ask for details.

    Ceremonies outside of Spokane County, Post Falls, or Coeur D’Alene are subject to an additional travel fee.
